We make many types of ball pins. We use only high class steel that is SAE 4140 or 4OCrMo4

Ball pins are hot forged as well as Cold Forged as per requirements of Customers.After Forging we do toughning operation on Forging giving them hardness of 28 to 32 HRC. After heat treatment CNC machining is Done as per Drawing.We supply ball pins in loose condition also.These ball pins go to Big manufacturers of Tie Rods who find the cost very competitive then making them inhouse. Magnaflux crack detection is done on 100% lott before final despatch assuring only zero defect pcs go to the user.Any Ball Pin can be made as per drawing from dia 18 mm to dia 65 mm.Threads are checked on Go No Gauges.Ball pins as per customer design save there lott of Time and money.Special anti rust treatment is also available giving the final part Salt Spray test of 700 to 1000 Hrs and that too at very nominal cost.
